Account information (name, work email, company), usage analytics (interactions with guidance, masked by default), support communications, and optional marketing preferences.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, deliver support, secure the platform, meet legal obligations, and — with consent — send communications you've opted into.

3. What we never do

Sell or rent personal data
Train shared AI models on customer content or usage data
Store your applications' business data

4. Data retention & deletion

Customer data is retained for the term of the agreement and deleted within 90 days of termination upon request. Analytics data is anonymized after 24 months.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US and EU under Standard Contractual Clauses, with regional residency options on Enterprise plans.

6. Your rights
